I want logic that prevents a client from getting more than one marketing SMS or email on the same day, even if they qualify for multiple workflows. If a client enters multiple workflows scheduled to send on the same day, the system should automatically pause the second communication for 24 hours and send it the next day. For example, a client might qualify for both a general marketing workflow and another one on the same day.
