- A new message comes in - as soon as a contact replies, Conversations AI starts preparing a suggested response in the background.
- Your suggestion is ready instantly - open the conversation and the recommended reply is already waiting in the new suggestion card. No loading, no manual trigger.
- Review & edit - read the suggestion, tweak the wording, or rewrite it entirely if you'd like.
- Send on your terms - send the suggestion in one click when it looks good. If a newer message arrives, the suggestion refreshes to stay relevant.
