On an individual contact it would be really helpful to see in the messages screen any upcoming messages that will be sent to that contact, where (from workflows, mass messaging, etc), and when. I'm envisioning something similar to iOS Scheduled Messages, where the future messages are not immediately visible until you scroll down in the conversation, and then they are sort of grayed out and outlined. I think this could be really helpful to see if there is an automated communication coming up instead of having to go into the Workflow action history for each Workflow to see this information.
