Overview
OpenAI's newest models, GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna, are now available in the AI Agent action and the GPT action in Workflows. They replace the GPT-5.6 models, with more accurate outputs, cleaner responses, and pricing that is 50 percent lower.

What's New
GPT-6 Sol: The model for complex work. It is built for multi-step agent tasks, business workflows that span multiple apps, and decisions that need careful reasoning. GPT-6 Sol makes roughly half as many factual mistakes as GPT-5.6 Sol.
GPT-6 Luna: The fast, efficient model for high-volume tasks such as classification, summaries, tagging, and quick replies. At higher effort settings, GPT-6 Luna matches GPT-5.6 Sol on factual accuracy at a fraction of the cost.
Model Selection: Both models appear in the Model dropdown of the AI Agent action and the GPT action.

How to Use
Why This Matters
More reliable automations: Fewer factual mistakes mean fewer bad outputs flowing into downstream steps, such as a wrong tag, a misrouted contact, or an inaccurate reply.
Better results on real business workflows: On OpenAI's benchmarks for end-to-end workflows across sales, marketing, support, and operations, both models outperform their GPT-5.6 predecessors. GPT-6 Luna delivers better results at up to 58 percent lower cost per task.
Cleaner outputs: Responses are clearer and tighter, with less jargon and no loss of substance, so generated content needs less cleanup before it reaches customers.
AI at lower cost: Both models cost half of what GPT-5.6 Sol and Luna did, which makes it practical to run AI steps across more workflows and at higher volumes.

When a service has multiple staff members β e.g., junior and senior stylists, different specialists, varying levels of experience β customers picking from a plain list of names often can't tell who's the best fit.
You can now add a short role tag, like "Lead Therapist" or "Senior Consultant," to each staff member's profile, and it shows up as a badge right where customers choose who to book with β making that choice easier and giving your staff's role more visibility.
β Create reusable badges
Create as many role badges as you need β e.g., Lead Therapist, Senior Consultant, and so on. When assigning a badge to a staff member, every badge you've already created shows up to pick from, so you're not recreating the same tag for each person.
β One role tag per staff member
Add a single text-based role badge (up to 30 characters) for each staff member from your staff details settings.
β Pick a color for each badge
Each staff role tag can have its own color β so roles are visually distinct at a glance instead of every badge looking the same.
β Shown as a badge during staff selection
When a staff member has a tag configured, it appears as a badge on their card during staff selection on the booking widget β styled in a lighter shade of your widget's primary color so it fits your theme without dominating the card.
β No empty badges
Staff without a configured tag show no badge or placeholder β their card stays clean.
β Updates reflect right away
Edit or remove a badge, and the booking widget reflects the change the next time it loads.
β Consistent on desktop and mobile
The badge renders the same way across both desktop and mobile widget layouts.

Service prices don't always match what should be charged β negotiated pricing or a one-off scenario with custom pricing can all mean the final price differs from what's configured.
With this release, you can now edit a service's price directly from the Services appointment modal before saving a new appointment or while editing/duplicating an existing appointment, without touching the service's global pricing.
β Editable service price on the appointment itself
When creating, editing or duplicating a Services appointment, you can now adjust that service's price right in the appointment modal β the total updates immediately to reflect it.
β Appointment-specific, never global
A price edit only applies to that one appointment. The service's globally configured price is never changed, so every other booking keeps using the standard rate.
β Sensible validation, built in
Zero is a valid price for cases like complimentary services, but negative values are blocked with a clear validation error before the appointment can be saved.
β Overrides staff-specific pricing too
If a staff member has their own custom price configured for a service, entering a price on the appointment overrides that staff-specific price as well β the appointment always uses whatever price you set there.
β Available on mobile app
You can edit a service's price for an appointment directly from the mobile app as well.

Calendar AI β the assistant you already use to build calendars conversationally β now handles availability troubleshooting too. Users can now ask, in plain language, why a user or calendar isn't isn't bookable, and get an accurate, conversational answer instead of digging through the internal Troubleshooting View grid or filing a support ticket.
β Ask Calendar AI why a slot isn't available
Ask something like "why isn't 5 PM on Aug 8 available on my Sales Call calendar?" and get a direct answer naming exactly what's blocking it.
β Check a team member instead of a specific calendar
Ask about a person by name β e.g. "why isn't Jane available on Friday?" β and Calendar AI resolves it across every calendar they serve, or asks which one (or their overall schedule) when they serve more than one.
β Whole-day summaries instead of slot-by-slot answers
Ask about a full day and get one de-duplicated, per-segment summary (e.g. "mornings are outside business hours, 2β3 PM is a specific conflict") β with slot-level detail available if you ask a follow-up for it.
β Smart disambiguation, only when it's actually needed
Calendar AI figures out whether a bare name means a calendar, a team member, or both, and only asks a clarifying question when there's genuine ambiguity β never when your message is already specific.
β No hallucinated reasons, ever
If the reason engine can't produce a clean answer or if it fails due to any technical reason, Calendar AI says so plainly and links into the full Troubleshooting View instead of guessing or inventing an explanation.
No setup needed β these improvements are live automatically.

When a service appointment's calendar event was rescheduled or cancelled directly from a connected third party calendar (e.g., Google or Outlook calendar) β the change previously updated the calendar event only, leaving the service appointment record out of sync. For single-service appointments, this is now fixed: changes made directly on a third-party calendar sync back correctly everywhere. Multi-service appointments would still remain out of sync if directly updated on third party calendars.
β Full two-way sync for single-service appointments
When a service appointment has just one service/event, a reschedule or cancellation made directly in third party calendars (e.g., Google or Outlook) now updates the calendar event and the service appointment together β so your third-party calendar and in-app calendar always agree.
β Correct appointment data everywhere you look
For single-service appointments, the calendar view, the appointment list view, and the appointment's view-details all now correctly reflect reschedules or cancellations made directly on a connected third-party calendar.

Notification templates have historically shipped in English only, leaving multi-language businesses to manually translate every notification themselves. This release brings internationalization (i18n) to notification templates across Calendars, Services, and Rentals β default templates now localize based on the Business Profile's Platform Language, while anything a user has already customized stays exactly as saved. Newly created calendars, Services and Rentals locations get localized defaults automatically; existing ones keep their current templates until a user resets them to default.
β Localized templates across Calendars, Services, and Rentals
Notification templates now display in the appropriate language automatically β across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels, wherever each product supports them.
β Coverage matches each product's own notification types
Calendars covers Assigned User, Additional Email, Additional Phone, Contact, and Guest templates. Services and Rentals covers all recipients of each notification as well.
β One consistent language source
All notification templates resolve their language from the Business Profile Platform Language β a single, consistent source across every product, recipient type, and channel.
β Your customizations are never touched
Any template that's already been edited is preserved exactly as saved β the system will never overwrite, retranslate, or reset a customized template. Only untouched, default templates get localized.
β New calendars, Services and Rentals locations get localized defaults automaticallyNewly created calendars, services and rentals locations display their default notification templates in the Business Profile Platform Language right away β no extra steps needed.

Not getting notifications? Run a quick check-up in Settings. It tests your network, notification permission, sound, and sends a real test notification to your phone β then tells you what's wrong.
The Challenge
When notifications stop arriving, there's no way to tell why. Is it your Wi-Fi? A setting you turned off? Your phone on silent? Or something on our side? You were left guessing, and support had nothing to go on.
Solution
A one-tap diagnosis that checks everything between our servers and your phone, and points at what's broken.

You can now automate Jotform directly inside Workflows β act on form submissions and signed contracts the moment they land, and create Jotform submissions from any workflow.
What's NewTriggers (events in Jotform that start a workflow in AXCRM):
New Submission β Starts a workflow instantly when a new response is submitted to a Jotform form.
New Signed Document β Starts a workflow when a document with an e-signature field is completed and signed. Checked every 5 minutes.

Actions (steps you can run in Jotform from a AXCRM workflow):
Create Submission β Add a new submission to any form in your Jotform account, with values mapped from your workflow.

Why This MattersWith Jotform actions and triggers, you can:
Follow up on new leads the moment a form is submitted, with no manual import.
Kick off onboarding the moment a contract is signed, with no one watching an inbox.
Write phone, event and walk-in sign-ups into Jotform so your form reports show every lead, not just the online ones.
Drop third-party zaps and webhooks, cutting cost and failure points.
Example Use CasesLead capture and CRM sync
A "Website Lead Form" submission creates the contact in AXCRM, sends an acknowledgment email, tags them "New Lead", and posts to your sales channel in Slack.
Signed contract to project kickoff
A client signs your "Service Agreement" in Jotform Sign β their stage updates to "Contract Signed", an onboarding task is created in ClickUp, #operations is notified, and the client gets their next steps.
Offline sign-up to Jotform
Someone registers for an event over the phone β the workflow writes a matching submission into your Jotform event form, so every attendee appears in one report.
Appointment to intake form
A consultation is booked in AXCRM β an intake submission is created in Jotform with the client's details already filled in.

How to ConnectOpen the Workflow Builder and search for "Jotform" actions or triggers.
Click Connect Now when prompted and sign in with your Jotform account.
Once connected, select a form and its fields load automatically for mapping.
Alternatively, go to Settings β Integrations β Jotform to connect your account first.

Notes & DetailsSupported fields in Create Submission: Full Name, Email, Address, Phone, Short Text, Long Text, Number, Dropdown, Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Yes/No, Star Rating, Scale Rating, Date Picker and Time.

Fields that aren't supported won't appear in the mapping list. These include File Upload, Signature, Appointment, Payment, Product List, Input Table, Fill in the Blanks, Spinner, Emoji Slider, Image Choice, Captcha and widgets such as Terms and Conditions and Checklist.
Unsupported fields are saved empty. This applies even when the field is marked required on your form β Jotform accepts the submission anyway and marks it active, so nothing fails in your workflow.
Submissions created by this action carry no payment, amount, product or booked time slot. On a payment form, they look identical to paid submissions, so treat them as unpaid unless payment was collected another way.
The New Signed Document trigger reads documents signed in Jotform. Create Submission can't write a signature β signatures have to be captured from a person.
Dates use YYYY-MM-DD and times use HH:MM.
Field support is expanding β more types will be added in future releases.
Coming next: Assign Form and Assign Prefilled Form, so you can send a form out for someone to complete rather than writing the submission yourself.

Following the launch of tag categories and colors in labs, we received feedback from customers on ways to make tag organization even faster. One of the key requests was the ability to update colors across multiple tags at once, especially for customers managing a large number of tags.
Based on this feedback, weβve introduced bulk color updates for tags, along with a small but useful enhancement that lets you create new categories directly while assigning tags.
Whatβs changed
1. Bulk update tag colors:
Previously, tag colors had to be updated individually, which could become repetitive when organizing a large number of existing tags. Based on feedback received during our Labs rollout, weβve made this experience much faster.
You can now:

Create categories on the go:

Together, these enhancements reduce repetitive steps and make it easier to organize, categorize, and visually manage tags at scale.
