What’s new?

We added new workspace controls to the workflow builder, giving users more flexibility while editing workflows. You can now resize the action and trigger sidebar, and expand individual actions or triggers to full screen when you need more room to configure them.

New workflow builder options -

Resize the sidebar -Adjust the width of the action or trigger sidebar by dragging it left or right. This helps you choose how much space the configuration panel takes based on your screen size and the amount of detail you are working with.

Expand actions and triggers - Open any action or trigger in full screen to focus on its configuration without working inside a narrow panel. This is useful for longer setup areas like emails, forms, messages, or actions with multiple fields.

How to use it

• Open any workflow action or trigger.
• Drag the sidebar edge to resize the panel.
• Use expand mode for the action, trigger when you need more space.

Why we built it

We built this to support different screen types and give users full flexibility over how they want their workflow workspace to look. It helps users focus on detailed setup when needed and gives them more room to configure larger actions and triggers.

• Applies to workflow actions, triggers, and the features in the left side bar.
• Action and trigger sidebars can be resized based on screen size and preference.
