The “New Review Received” workflow trigger now supports reviews from all review platforms integrated with the account.

Previously, the trigger was limited to Google Reviews and Facebook Reviews. Now, workflows can also be triggered by reviews received from platforms such as Trustpilot, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and other supported review sources.

Until now, reviews coming from other integrated platforms could not trigger workflow automation. This meant teams had to manually monitor those sources and were limited in how they could respond to new reviews.
