Change the settings so that pressing the enter key on your keyboard does NOT send the message and instead is used as a linebreak like it should be. The current setup of using enter to send a message is very inefficient and not user friendly at all, and results in a lot of patient/lead facing errors when the enter key is accidentally pressed before the message is complete and ready to be sent. At the very least, this should be a preference that the user should be able to turn off/on if they wish to make the enter key a shortcut to send a message vs the default/only option.
