Would be nice to see the Reply Rate for SMSs specifaclly in the workflow tab. I can see Email reply rate, but that's not a useful of a stat as tracking SMS replies.

It would be great to be able to enter office hours, including planned closures for holidays etc, and for workflows and automated messages to be sent during that time. For example, we were closed for Memorial Day but many first-time new lead messages were sent out as if we were open that day. It would have been preferable for them to have gone out on Tuesday after the holiday instead.
