We’ve introduced auto-detection for review profiles across 52+ supported platforms, making it easier for businesses to discover where they already have reviews and connect the most valuable profiles first.

Reputation now surfaces recommended review profiles directly inside the product, including detected review counts, match confidence, and business details, so users can quickly identify and connect the right platforms without manually searching.

🚀 Key Features

1. Auto-Detected Review Profiles

• Businesses can now see detected review profiles across supported review platforms, including Google Business Profile, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Agoda, Booking. com, Yelp, Trustpilot, and many more.
• Each detected profile includes key details such as the platform, business name, address preview, and available review count before the profile is connected.

2. Top Recommendation Card

• A new Top Recommendation card highlights the best profile to connect first, helping users quickly identify high-value listings with large review counts and take action faster.

3. Review Counts Before Connecting

• Detected listings now display review volume upfront, allowing users to prioritise the platforms that matter most based on existing customer feedback.

4. In-App Notifications for Newly Found Review Sites

• Users will now receive in-app notifications when high-confidence review sites are discovered for a sub-account. These notifications highlight the total review opportunity and guide users to Reputation to connect the recommended profiles.

5. Faster Connect Flow

Recommended profiles can now be connected directly from:

• Reputation → Overview
• Reputation → Settings → Integrations

This reduces setup effort and makes it faster to discover and link review platforms.

6. Confidence-Based Suggestions

• Detected listings include confidence indicators such as High match, Medium match, and Multiple matches, helping users make informed decisions while reducing the chance of incorrect connections.

7. Multiple Matches Support

When multiple possible listings are found for the same platform, users can review and compare matches before selecting the right business profile.

All supported platforms allow multi-page connections, so users can connect multiple review pages for each platform when needed.

8. User Control for Incorrect Matches

Users remain in control of detected suggestions with actions such as:

• View page
• Integrate different profile
• Not my business

This helps keep recommendations accurate and allows irrelevant listings to be dismissed.
