What's new

• Start from a prompt or an idea: Describe your goal, or start from an idea like Welcome new subscribers, Re-engage customers or Follow up after a webinar.
• Quick setup: Answer a few questions to set the audience, the sender address and the start time.
• The full sequence, built for you: Email AI lays out every step on the sequence canvas, sets the timing and writes a designed email for each step.
• Review any step: Open a step to review the email, change the template or adjust the details.
• You stay in control: Nothing is sent until you confirm the audience and start time.

How to use it

1. Go to Marketing > Emails > Email sequences.
2. Click Create with AI.
3. Describe the sequence you want, or pick a suggested idea.
4. Answer the questions about the audience, the sender and the start time.
5. Review the steps on the canvas, then confirm to schedule the sequence.

Why it matters

• Faster setup: One prompt becomes a complete, multi-step sequence.
• On brand by default: Every email uses your Brand Board.
• No surprises: Review every step before anything goes out.

Good to know

• Sequences send only after you confirm, and you can pause one at any time to edit its steps.
