What’s new

You can now resize the panels in Conversations to fit how you work. Drag the divider between the conversation list, the message thread, and the contact details panel to make any of them wider or narrower.

How to use

• Go to Conversations.
• Click and drag the resize icon to left or right to adjust the width.

• Your panel sizes are saved, so your layout stays the same the next time you open Conversations.
• Each panel has a minimum and maximum width, so the layout stays readable.

Why it matters

Every team works differently. Some reps want more room to read long email threads, while others need a wider contact panel to see details at a glance. Now you can set up the layout that works best for you.
