What’s new?
Meet Workflow Maps, a whole new visual interface that brings your workflows, folders, assets, and their connections together in one place.
See how your automation is organized across the sub-account and how different parts work together. Workflows appear within their folders, while connected assets such as tags, forms, calendars, pipelines, and custom fields show the relationships between them.
A form can start a workflow, that workflow can add a tag, and that tag can start another workflow. Workflow Maps helps you see those connections and understand the bigger picture.
The map is generated from your existing workflows, so you can start exploring without creating or maintaining a diagram manually.

See workflows and their connected assets together on the map.
Why this matters
As your account grows, a single customer journey can span several workflows. Understanding how everything fits together often means opening workflows individually and piecing together their relationships.
How it works
Go to Automation > Workflows > Workflow Maps. You can also open Maps from a workflow’s builder.
- Explore the account: See your workflows grouped into folders, with their connected assets around them.
- Find what you need: Search for workflows, assets, triggers, or actions by name and jump to the relevant result.
- Focus your view: Use filters to narrow the map to the workflows and assets you want to investigate.
- Move between overview and detail: Pan, zoom, fit the map to the screen, and switch between 2D and 3D.
- Look closer: Select a workflow or asset to explore its details and connections.

Search for a workflow and explore its status, enrollments, and connected assets.
Explore more with Workflow Maps
Workflow Maps also brings together several ways to understand and manage your automation:
- Explore contact journeys: Find a contact and follow their journey across workflows. Review their enrollment history and see where they finished, are waiting, or encountered an error.
- Troubleshoot workflows: Identify workflows that need attention, review failed executions, and inspect the affected steps to understand what went wrong.
- View linked workflows with Workflow Canvas: Explore connected workflows together and follow the handoffs that make up a larger automation process.
- Review your account with Cleanup: Find workflows with default names, workflows without recent enrollments, and empty folders that may need attention.
- Get help from the AI assistant: Ask questions about your automations and get help understanding, troubleshooting, and organizing your account from the map.
- Learn through onboarding and Resources: Get guided introductions as you explore, then return to the resource hub for walkthroughs, quick references, and answers to common questions.
Common use cases
- Understand an unfamiliar account: Get an overview of its workflows and how they connect.
- Investigate a customer experience: Start with the account map, then explore the relevant contact journey or workflow.
- Review dependencies before a change: See how an asset connects to workflows across the account.
Additional notes
- Each sub-account has its own map.
- Launch access: Workflow Maps is available only to agency users and agency admins at launch.
