What’s new?
Workflow Maps now includes guided onboarding and a resource hub to help you understand the map and discover its features as you explore.
Start with an introduction to the map, choose your preferred view, and get relevant guidance for tasks such as tracing a contact, reviewing errors, and checking asset usage.
Why this matters
A visual map introduces a different way to explore automation. Guided onboarding helps you learn the controls in context, while Resources gives you somewhere to return when you need a walkthrough or quick reference.
How it works
Open Automation > Workflows > Workflow Maps to begin exploring.
- Get oriented: The first-visit introduction explains the map and lets you choose between 2D and 3D.
- Learn in context: Relevant prompts introduce features as you explore workflows and their connections.
- Follow walkthroughs: Get guidance for reviewing errors, tracing contacts, inspecting folders, checking asset usage, and filtering the map.
- Open Resources: Use Help on the map to find guides for the task you want to complete.
- Find a quick answer: Search Resources or use the Cheatsheet, Supported assets, and FAQ sections.
Common use cases
- Introduce a teammate to Workflow Maps.
- Learn how to investigate an asset’s usage across folders.
- Find guidance while troubleshooting a contact journey or workflow error.
Additional notes
- Onboarding guidance appears based on how you use the map.
- Editing guidance is shown where your permissions support those actions.
- Resources remain available when you need to revisit a topic.
