Your Profile Card and Business Card are now created automatically, so you no longer have to build them yourself.
Click the new QR icon in the top bar and both cards are already there, filled in with the details we have for your account.
Key features
Cards in seconds. Both cards are generated automatically the first time you open the QR icon, so there’s nothing to fill in.
Your links in one place. Add links for X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, plus custom links such as a website, email, booking page or portfolio.
A QR you can share anywhere. Every card has its own link and downloadable QR code. You can print and use it for offline marketing or show it on your phone by saving it to your wallet.
Lead generation built in. Turn on Exchange Contact and anyone who scans the card can send you their details. The contact is created directly in your CRM.
Scan analytics. Each card tracks its own scans, so you can see how often it is being used.
Full editing when you want it. The cards arrive ready to use, but you can still customize the design, colours and landing page.
️ How the cards are made
Profile Card → Built from your user details.
Business Card → Built from the sub-account's business details.
The first time you click the QR icon, both cards are generated in the background and shown ready to share.
Where to find them
A new QR icon is available in the top navigation bar. Click it from any screen inside a sub-account to open a popover containing both cards.
The two cards
Profile Card — Personal to you. Every team member gets their own card with their name, title and contact details.
Business Card — Belongs to the sub-account. Everyone in the sub-account shares the same card and business information.
System folders
When a card is created, we also create a system folder to keep it organized:
Profile Cards → Contains Profile Cards.
Business Cards → Contains Business Cards for the sub-account.
These appear in a separate System folders section on the QR Codes list page.
System folders are managed by us, so they cannot be renamed or deleted, and new QR codes cannot be created inside them. The cards inside remain fully editable.
Save Contact
Save Contact is enabled automatically on every card. Anyone scanning your Profile or Business QR can download your contact information directly to their phone.
Exchange Contact
Exchange Contact lets someone scanning your QR send their contact information to you instead.
Creates a contact in your CRM.
Records which card the contact came from.
Can use our built-in form or an existing AXCRM form.
Off by default — enable it from the card editor.
This is what turns your card from a digital business card into a lead-generation tool.
Four new permission toggles
Under the existing QR Codes permission, you'll find:
View location level business card — View the Business Card, analytics and downloads.
View & manage location level business card — View everything above, plus edit, the Business Card design and landing page.
View user level profile card — View Profile Cards, analytics and downloads.
View & manage user level profile card — View everything above, plus edit the Profile Card design and landing page.
How the permissions behave
Manage includes View. You don't need to enable both.
QR Codes access is required. If a user doesn't have QR Codes access, these permissions are greyed out and cleared.
Profile Cards are personal. Normal users only access their own Profile Card. Admins with the appropriate permission can manage everyone's Profile Cards.
Business Cards are shared. Everyone with the appropriate permission sees the same Business Card for the sub-account.
Manually created QR codes are unaffected. These permissions apply only to the automatically generated Profile and Business Cards.
By default these permissions are enabled for all users.
What each person actually sees
No card permission → No QR icon and no card access.
View access → Create/access the card, copy the link, download the QR code and view analytics. Editing actions are hidden.

Manage access → User can also edit the cards.
QR Codes list → Automatically generated cards and system folders are visible only to agency/location admins with the matching permission. Non-admins can still access their own Profile Card through the top-bar QR icon.
