Your Conversation AI agent can now use your other apps during a conversation. Connect an MCP server from the Marketplace, such as Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Canva, Zapier or Apify, or add your own by URL. Choose which tools the agent may use and tell it when to use each server. The agent calls the app, reads the result and answers the customer from real data.
Customers often ask questions whose answers live outside AXCRM: open times in a calendar, a price in a spreadsheet, a policy in a document. Until now those questions waited for a person. Now the agent looks them up.

A new MCP Servers section in the agent builder: Click Connect MCP Server to add servers to any Conversation AI agent, up to 5 servers per agent.
40+ servers in the Marketplace, or bring your own: Search the Marketplace, or click Add custom MCP, name it and paste its HTTPS URL. Servers you have already connected are listed first.

Tell the agent when to use each server: When should this MCP be used? is required (up to 500 characters), for example "When a customer asks about open appointment times, check the calendar." Optionally, set What to say after using this MCP server (up to 300 characters), for example to mention where the answer came from.

You choose the tools: Each server lists its tools, and every tool is on by default. Untick any tool the agent should not use, so a calendar server can check availability without being allowed to delete events.

Follow-up questions just work: The agent remembers what it looked up for each contact for 2 hours, so a follow-up such as "send me that file" is answered without starting over.
Fixes its own mistakes: If a server rejects a call because a value was wrong or missing, the agent corrects the call and tries again, up to 2 times in a turn.
Safe by default: Contacts never see tool or server names unless you ask the agent to name the source. The agent answers only from what the server returned, and only accounts connected under the agent's own sub-account can be used.
See every call: Each call appears as MCP - (tool name) in the AI response details, with its result in Agent Logs. The dashboard has a new MCP Calls card, included in Total Actions.
Live availability: check Google Calendar and offer the real open times.
Answers from your documents: policies, menus and service details from Google Docs or Google Drive.
Price and stock lookups: read the current price list or inventory from Google Sheets.
Share the right file: find a brochure or form in Google Drive and send the link.
Your own systems: connect your own MCP server by URL to look up orders, bookings or anything else your business runs on.
Enable MCP support for Conversation AI under Settings → Labs.
In AI Agents → Conversation AI, open the agent and expand MCP Servers.
Click Connect MCP Server, then pick a server from the list or click Add custom MCP.
Under Accounts, click Add account to connect the app, or choose an account you already connected.
Fill in When should this MCP be used? and, optionally, What to say after using this MCP server.
Untick any tools the agent should not use, then click Save.
Send a test message, then open the AI response details or Agent Logs to see each MCP call.
Channels: works on every channel Conversation AI replies on.
Up to 5 MCP servers per agent, with one connection per server.
Account: the app's account must be connected under the same sub-account as the agent. When an agent is duplicated, the account is checked again.
Response time: replies that call a slow server can take a few seconds longer.
Testing: the builder's test chat does not remember earlier lookups between messages. Real conversations do.
MCP Servers in Conversation AI is available in Labs. Enable it under Settings → Labs → MCP support for Conversation AI.
