Know who picked up every call - and on which device.

Call details on mobile now show who answered the call and the device they used. You get the person who actually took it, not just who the conversation is assigned to.

What’s New

• Answered By in call details - teammate name, or the phone number if no teammate answered
• Answering device at a glance - icon shows where it was picked up: web app, mobile app, phone number, or SIP
• Works across call types - regular, IVR, and WhatsApp calls

Why It Matters

With ring groups and call forwarding, the assigned user and the person who answered are often different. On mobile you couldn’t tell who actually took the call. Now you can — clearer accountability, faster follow-ups, and easier coaching.

How to Use

1. Open Conversations and open a conversation with a call
2. Long-press the call message → Details
3. See Answered By with the name and device icon

Good to Know

• If answered on a phone number, numbers are masked
• No device icon is shown when the device is unknown
